Hidden Gems in Sydney, Australia

Here are some hidden gems in Sydney, Australia for you to check out!

The Grounds of Alexandria

7a/2 Huntley St, Alexandria NSW 2015

This is a beautiful venue with shops, food, and a garden bar. I recommend walking around the garden area and getting food at The Potting Shed restaurant. I loved the nature vibes, even the food was on theme.

Palm Beach

New South Wales 2108

This is a beautiful, quiet beach in Sydney with turquoise waters. You can hike up the Barrenjoey trail for spectacular views of the bays. The Barrenjoey lighthouse is located at the top, which is 91 meters above sea level. Most of the hit Aussie TV show ‘Home and Away’ is filmed around Palm Beach.

Koala Park Sanctuary

84 Castle Hill Rd, West Pennant Hills, NSW, 2125

Koala Park Sanctuary features most of the animals Australia is known for including kangaroos, wallabies, dingoes, and koalas. They have up close and personal encounters with some of the animals, such as feeding kangaroos and petting koalas. General admission tickets are 32 AUD for adults and 18 AUD for children 14 and under.

Wendy Whiteley Secret Garden

Lavender St, Lavender Bay NSW 2060

This is a beautiful place to go for a peaceful walk or picnic. Entry is free and there are great views of the Sydney Harbour, without any crowds. You will also see artwork displayed throughout the gardens.
